How much does it cost?
$297 a month. There's no setup fee and no contract.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay month to month. Cancel anytime by email or text, and your service keeps running through the end of the month you've paid for. There's no cancellation fee.
What happens if I cancel?
Your website and the lead system stop at the end of your paid month. You keep your domain, your Google Business Profile, your logo and photos, and a spreadsheet of every lead your site caught. If you want to keep your site's phone number, we'll move it to your own phone provider at no charge. If you want to keep your website too, you can buy it out for $1,000. We move it to hosting in your name. The lead system (missed-call text-back, form replies, the chat, and review requests) stops either way.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes, your current number keeps working. Your website also gets its own local number that rings your cell, so we can text back every call you miss and show you every call in your report. We'll also forward missed calls from your current number to it, so customers who call your old number get a text back too.
Is the chat a real person?
No. It's a virtual assistant for your business, and it says so. It answers common questions, like what you do and where you work, then offers to have you follow up. It never quotes prices or promises dates.
Do you promise more leads?
No. Nobody can honestly promise that. What we do promise is that every call, text, form, and chat your website gets is answered fast and saved, and you see all of it in your monthly report.
How long until my site is live?
Usually 7–10 days after you say yes. Text replies start once the phone carriers approve your business for texting, which can take up to a week. We start that as soon as your basic site is live, within a day or two.
Do review requests go to every customer?
Yes. Every customer gets the same request. Your website then shows your best Google reviews, next to your real overall Google rating and total number of reviews, with a link to see them all.
I already have a website. What happens to it?
We build your new site, and when you're ready, we point your web address to it. Your web address stays the same.
I already use Jobber or Housecall Pro.
Tell us on the call. We'll look at what your software already does, so Ninu adds what's missing instead of doubling up.
Do I have to log into anything?
No. Alerts come to your phone and email, and your report comes once a month.
Will this get my business recommended by ChatGPT?
Nobody can promise that. What we do is set up your website and your Google, Bing, and Yelp listings so Google, ChatGPT, and other AI assistants can read your business clearly: what you do, where you work, and how to reach you.
